Real feedback from people we've housed.
Honestly, everyone I've dealt with has been really friendly and helpful from day one. Moving into supported accommodation can be quite stressful, but they made the whole process feel easy. They helped me settle in, showed me around and actually took the time to listen. The place was already furnished and had everything I needed, which was a massive help.
I didn't expect everything to happen so quickly. I got in touch, provided the information they needed and before I knew it, I had a move-in date. The property was clean, furnished and ready to go. I was worried I'd be waiting weeks, but the whole process was really straightforward and quick.
What I like most is that it's not just a room and a set of keys. They actually support you. I've had help getting settled in, regular check-ins and they've provided things like food parcels, bedding and WiFi, which honestly makes a big difference when you're on benefits. There are loads of little things included that I wasn't expecting. You can tell they genuinely want their tenants to be comfortable and supported.
